About CxCave
The change is only half the story.
Vendor release notes tell you what changed. CxCave helps explain why it matters.
Built for practitioners
CxCave is an independent intelligence publication for the architects, engineers, administrators, consultants and leaders behind modern contact centers. Our initial focus is release intelligence across Genesys Cloud, Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone and Five9.
Official facts. Practical context.
Every update links to a first-party vendor source. We write concise original summaries, distinguish source facts from our practical analysis, and identify the audience and a proportionate next step.
We do not treat a feature announcement as proof of universal availability. Release dates, announcement dates, ready-for-release dates and release-cycle starts are labeled separately. Rollout, licensing and regional caveats stay attached to the update.
Curated, not a live monitor
This first edition is maintained as a curated dataset. It is not an automated feed or a complete record of every vendor change. Each article shows when its source was reviewed; the official vendor documentation remains authoritative.
For Five9, we use publicly verifiable product announcements rather than infer details from customer-only release notes. If a source is ambiguous, we preserve the uncertainty instead of filling in the gaps.
What an action label means
- No action required
- Informational; no specific follow-up is identified.
- Review
- Check relevance, configuration or availability for your environment.
- Planning recommended
- Coordinate testing, dependencies or a transition before adoption.
- Action required
- A verified mandatory change or deadline applies to the affected environment.
Independent by design
CxCave is not affiliated with or endorsed by the vendors covered. Product names belong to their respective owners. Basic release intelligence is free to read; accounts, community and AI features are not part of this version.
