The rules for using CxCave and a free CxCave account.

Agreement
These terms apply to cxcave.com and any CxCave account (the “service”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information, not professional advice
CxCave summarizes and links to official vendor sources and adds practical analysis. Content is provided for general information, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not a substitute for the vendor’s official documentation or for advice about your specific environment. Always confirm availability, licensing, regions and dates with the vendor before acting.
No vendor affiliation
CxCave is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Genesys, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, NICE, Five9 or any other vendor covered. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party sites and resources are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
Accounts
Accounts are free and optional; public content remains available without one. You must provide an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Tell us promptly at thahmid.zuberi@royalztech.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may stop using your account at any time and can request deletion by email.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, probe or disrupt our systems, bypass security or rate limits, automate account creation, use the service to send spam or unlawful content, or use a display name or avatar that impersonates others or infringes their rights. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Our content
CxCave’s original text, design and compilations are owned by CxCave. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not republish substantial portions or systematically copy the site without permission. Resources in the Build Library remain subject to their owners’ licenses.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features, including features that are planned but not yet available, and may introduce optional paid features in the future. We will not charge you for anything without your clear agreement.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CxCave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Significant changes affecting account holders will be highlighted on the site or sent by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
