What changed
AWS added a Global Resiliency page to the Amazon Connect Customer admin website. It shows an overall readiness status and lists the resource types Global Resiliency natively replicates, marking which are in sync, which are pending synchronization and which need action. For example, a phone number or user not associated with a traffic distribution group is flagged, and the administrator can associate it directly from the page.
Vendor documentation (opens in a new tab)Why it matters
Failover plans usually break on drift, such as a number or user added after the last test that never joined a traffic distribution group. A standing readiness view makes that drift visible between exercises, although it covers only resources Global Resiliency replicates natively and is not a substitute for a real switch test.

Implementation considerations
REVIEWReview the readiness page for each linked instance, resolve flagged associations, and add a readiness check to change procedures and before scheduled failover tests.
CxCave recommendation, not a vendor mandate unless explicitly stated.
