What changed
Genesys announced planned network maintenance to introduce Genesys-owned Autonomous System Numbers for regional network prefixes. Work will run by region on Sundays from 2:00 to 4:00 a.m. local time between January 10 and January 31, 2027. Genesys says brief disruptions, including to voice calls, are possible during a region's window, and that no customer network or firewall changes are needed.
