NICE CXoneSample Script

Offer a callback from a Studio queue script

Let callers keep their queue position without remaining on the line, using the CALLBACK action.

What it does

NICE’s example offers a callback after queue music and confirms the request before disconnecting. The outbound callback starts after an agent accepts the contact.

When to use it

  • Queued callback
  • Hold treatment

What it uses

  • NICE Studio
  • CALLBACK
  • REQAGENT
  • PLAY
Technologies

Who it’s for

  • Contact Center Engineers
  • Administrators

Before you build

The example is not a complete production script. Callers must stay connected until CALLBACK runs; preserve original ANI/DNIS values separately if your workflow needs them.
