What changed
Administrators can now select Use latest model in Agent Copilot configuration. When it is selected, Agent Copilot uses an updated summarization model for Configurable, Advanced and on-demand summaries. Genesys describes the model as improved and natively supported in the applicable Genesys Cloud region.
