Architect flow validator catches published flows broken by dependency changes

Administrators can validate already-published Architect flows with the Archy CLI or CX as Code and see issues caused by platform or dependency changes before they fail at runtime.

What changed

Genesys added an Architect flow validator that identifies issues in published flows that have become invalid because of platform or dependency changes. Administrators run it through the Archy CLI or Archy CX as Code after publication and review validation issues before they cause runtime failures.

Why it matters

Published flows can quietly break when a referenced queue, data action, prompt or platform behavior changes. Running validation on a schedule or in a deployment pipeline turns those failures from customer-facing incidents into review items.

REVIEW

Add the flow validator to your Archy or CX as Code pipeline, run it against all published flows, and decide who triages the results after each release or configuration change.
