26.3 brings unified quick responses into general release

Quick responses move toward one administration surface, with skill-based visibility replacing the earlier tag-based model.

What changed

The 26.3 release notes move unified quick responses from public preview to GA. Administrators manage messages in ACD Settings and use ACD skill associations to control visibility. Responses without a skill association are visible to all agents. Separate agent and administrator permissions apply.

Why it matters

Consolidation simplifies message maintenance, but changes to visibility and migration timing deserve attention. A newly visible administration page does not mean all legacy digital responses have already migrated.

PLANNING RECOMMENDED

Audit message visibility, skills and permissions. Check the migration schedule for your tenant before retiring old maintenance procedures.
