What changed

NICE's 26.3 Cumulative Update 2 includes ORC-53616. An agent-submitted RUNAPP form could be silently dropped while a voice contact was on hold, with the Studio ONDATA event failing to fire and downstream data being lost.

Why it matters

Custom agent workflows may depend on that event to pass information to another system. A form that appears submitted can otherwise leave the rest of the workflow with incomplete data.
