AutoCSAT becomes a routable skill for queue routing

Administrators can add system-generated AutoCSAT values to queue routing criteria, steering contacts toward agents with higher predicted customer satisfaction.

What changed

Webex Contact Center released AutoCSAT for intelligent routing. Once an administrator enables it in Control Hub, the system creates predicted CSAT as a dynamic, system-controlled agent skill with no manual creation or value assignment. Administrators can add AutoCSAT to queue routing criteria on its own or alongside existing skills, across voice, digital and task interactions. Supervisors can view AutoCSAT values, and existing skill reports can include it for trend analysis.

Why it matters

Routing on a predicted score concentrates work on agents the model rates highly, which can affect occupancy, fairness and how newer agents build experience. Because the values are system controlled, teams need to understand and monitor the prediction rather than tune it by hand.

REVIEW

Confirm AutoCSAT entitlement and queue-level enablement, then pilot it as an added criterion on one queue while tracking CSAT, service level and workload distribution against a baseline.
